UPDATE: Below are the links for this year’s online ceremony. Voting has closed. Thank you to all those who voted.
Yes, it’s that time. You have until 11:59pm EDT, on Saturday, July 23rd to cast your ballots for this year’s awards. When voting closes so does our voters’ package. The package is only there to assist you in making informed choices when you vote.
REMEMBER: Do NOT leave purchasing your 2022 membership until the last day. We will be checking emails but if you have not logged into your account this year there is a chance that PayPal might not get us your payment notice and your account would not automatically be updated. Do NOT pay twice. If PayPal says you’ve paid, then let us know ASAP. Email us (via our Contact form) your payment receipt information that PayPal sent you and we will update your account manually.
I know everyone is busy reading and reviewing this year’s works. It’s a tough choice but time is running out. Remember that once you’ve cast your ballot you cannot go back and change it. So, make your choices wisely.
Here’s how to watch the 2022 Online Aurora Awards ceremony
This year’s awards will be held as a YouTube and Facebook live streaming event. Links for YouTube have been created, one via our ceremony host, Mark Leslie Lefebvre and one on the host convention, When Words Collide, www.whenwordscollide.org. We now have the Facebook link too.
The awards ceremony will be held on Saturday, August 13th, 2022 starting at 7pm (EDT) / 5pm (MDT) / 4pm (PDT). This is in conjunction with our host festival, When Words Collide (www.whenwordscollide.org) who are doing a free online festival beginning on Friday, August 12th.
